Season 5 of TopSpin 2K25 is all about the “Happy Slam”, transporting you to Melbourne, Australia for the first of the four Grand Slam® events of the year—the Australian Open. Season 5 will debut gameplay updates, a reset of the World Tour League leaderboard, and a brand-new Centre Court Pass, which features pro outfits, cosmetics from top brands, animations, and more. With TopSpin 2K25’s Centre Court Pass Seasons, you can play at your own pace and complete a Centre Court Pass even after a new one releases! For the next ten weeks, dive into all that Season 5 has to offer as you work your way through the reward tiers.

TAKE ON THE “HAPPY SLAM” HARD COURT

All year long, TopSpin 2K25 has followed the real-life Tour calendar and spotlighted featured tournaments throughout each Season. For Season 5, the focus is on the Australian Open, playable in MyCAREER and Exhibition modes.

CONQUER THE ROD LAVER ARENA

The Australian Open, held annually in Melbourne, is the first Grand Slam® in the tennis calendar. Celebrated for its world-class tennis among both emerging talent and seasoned champions, TopSpin 2K25 immerses you in the competition at the iconic blue hard courts of the Rod Laver Arena.

GAMEPLAY UPDATES 

Get ready for some exciting gameplay balancing changes coming in Season 5! Check out some of the updates below:

• Slice Power Shots: These will consume less rally energy.
• Skill Boosts: The following skills will be more noticeable: Focus Service, Serve Stick Berserker, and Diesel Server.
• Perfectly Timed Shots: These will be harder to hit when your Rally Energy Meter is low or during long rallies.
• Flat Shots: If not timed perfectly will have a higher chance of going out or in the net.

Additionally, there will be some UI additions coming in Season 5! Players will now be available to see interesting stats between points from time to time, so you can keep track of your (and your opponent's) stats without having to go to the pause menu or waiting until the end of a set/match to see those stats. For example, when a point ends with a winner from either player, there's a chance that the game will show the number of winners each player has hit so far in the match.

WORLD TOUR LEAGUE RESET

League Points and Rankings will reset for Season 5! This means you will start back at Iron Rank and have to work your way up through the leaderboard again. Unlock new rewards as you progress through the Ranks and reach the coveted Diamond Ranking before Season 5 ends to earn a Magma M5 Racket and Magma W5 Racket.

50 TIERS OF BRAND NEW REWARDS

Every version of the TopSpin 2K25 Centre Court Pass will feature 50 reward tiers, 15 of which will feature free rewards. In the Season 5 Centre Court Pass, there are 42 free rewards and 104 premium rewards to earn.

In Season 5, you can unlock an alt era version of Federer in 2 of his signature looks by reaching Free Tier 5 and Free Tier 50 of the Season 5 Centre Court Pass.

• Free Tier 5 Federer Australia 20 Outfit: Federer's 2020 Australian Open outfit, designed by Uniqlo, features a navy t-shirt with purple accents, paired with matching purple shorts. The outfit is complemented by matching wristbands and white socks.

PREMIUM ALT PRO OUTFITS & REWARDS

Modify two of tennis’ top contemporary stars, Alexander Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz, with their Premium Centre Court Pass outfit rewards. Players who have purchased the Premium Centre Court Pass for Season 5 will be able to earn and unlock the Zverev US 24 Outfit at Tier 30 and the Alcaraz Clay 24 Outfit at Tier 50.
